The Association website is available to all residents and is useful tool to obtain association information. The website address is: www.1400MissionHOA.com Residents can use the submit work order, see HOA calendar and contact Action Management.
Please visit select “My Account” on the HOA website to set up your Resident Portal. Here you can review upcoming meeting information, obtain regular Board meeting minutes, newsletters and contact your Community Manager. You will need to set up an account by inputting your full account number and your e-mail. Please contact our Customer Care Center at 800-400-2284, with any questions or assistance and to obtain your account number if you cannot locate it. Homeowners should contact the necessary utility companies and transfer service to their own name within 24 hours of the close of escrow.
Copies of the 1400 Mission Street governing documents should be provided at close of escrow. Please familiarize yourself with these governing documents as they describe the functions and responsibilities of the Association as well as the individual unit owners, renters and guests. Architectural changes to your home must be approved by the Association before the changes can take place. Please review the Architectural Guidelines found in your copy of the Rules and Regulations should you decided to permanently alter your home as you are moving into your unit. If you have a service call regarding maintenance of your common area, please call our office between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and ask for our Customer Care Center- (800)400-2284. Action has a great voice mail system, which enables you to leave a message 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All calls are returned promptly, so we hope you’ll use this additional communication tool.
In regards to keys for owners, at the time of close of escrow, the seller’s agent should give you the following items:
- Entry Door Keys
- Access FOB’s
- Mailbox Keys
This property doesn’t not provide parking, however, on the lower level we have bike racks that are available for your use. Bikes should be registered with the Association. You will find that form in your move in packet.
