1400 Mission Street HOA is professionally managed by Action Property Management and is contracted by the Board of Directors to offer its expertise in an advisory capacity and subsequently implements the decisions of the Board, maintains records, supervises contractors, and oversees day-to-day operations.

Please visit and select “My Account” on the HOA website to set up your Vivo Portal. Here you can review upcoming meeting information, obtain regular Board meeting minutes, newsletters and contact your Community Manager.
Architectural changes to your home must be approved by the Association before the changes can take place. Please review the Architectural Guidelines found in your copy of the Rules and Regulations.
